English chef Mark Taylor arrived in Australia, via the Hong Kong Hilton after many years cooking in the UK and Scotland.  In Melbourne he has worked at some of the city's finest Italian eateries and now focuses on using his decades of know-how to produce well-crafted Italian food featuring high quality ingredients.
