Our menu is constantly evolving, with changes to our menu in accordance to what is in season, freshest and available. This is what regional Italian food is all about.

We consult with our suppliers to get the best and freshest produce available, our fully experienced chefs will then use their skills to put together a menu that will combine taste, texture and flavours for you to enjoy.

It may be a little complex, it may be simple, and either way it's assured to be great food. It's the Italian way; it's the SUD way.

 

Wine

Our wine list is no different to the food. We are constantly changing the wine list to suit the ever-changing food menu, and our main focus is to provide wines that complement our wonderful dishes.

We always store some of the finest examples of Australian wine from local growers as well as from New Zealand and overseas. We also take great pleasure in introducing you to some of the fine wine that is produced and fully imported from Italy.

Our range of liqueurs may include the ones you have enjoyed time and time again or one that you may not have heard of. Various Aperitifs, Liqueurs, Spirits and Digestives are available. In the tradition of a great southern Italian meal one should start with an Aperitivo designed to stimulate the appetite and conclude with a Digestivo to aid in digestion after a joyous meal.

At Sud Restaurant Two we will always be able to recommend the best liqueur to complement your dining experience.

No meal at Sud Restaurant Two is complete without one of our prized Grappas.

 

BAR

A perfect place to meet friends, relax after work or enjoy pre dinner drinks.

Meals from the bar are available from 12pm to 10pm Monday to Saturday and from 6pm Sunday while drinks are available till late.
